how EXTENDED CARE RATES work

All dog sitting rates are based on a 24 hour period starting at drop off.

If the end time is scheduled 2-8 hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged an additional 50% of your daily rate. (Example: If your nightly rate is $95, your extended care rate for an additional 2-8 hours is $47.50)

If the end time is scheduled 8+ hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged the full price of an extra day. (Example: If your nightly rate is $95, your extended care rate for an additional 8+ hours is $95)

Dog Sitting: We have a 3 day cancel policy. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel by 12pm three days before the booking begins. If you cancel later than 12pm three days before the booking begins, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If for any reason, you cancel after your booking was scheduled to begin, your deposit will be non-refundable. Once your dog is dropped off and your stay begins it is non-refundable.
Dog Walking: Same day cancel policy.
Daycare: Same day cancel policy.

how holiday rates work
If a booking includes dates within a holiday period, your holiday rates will be applied to the first dog in the booking for the entire booking.

For example, the holiday period for Memorial Day is May 27 - 30. The dog sitting request is from May 25 - 30 for two dogs. Since the booking overlaps with this holiday period, the holiday rate would apply to the first dog for all five nights.
